First steps
Getting Started
Create an account and open the lobby. Your Gold balance and characters are shown there.
Get a hero. Every hero has a class and a rarity. Heroes come from Hero Chests in the lobby, and three heroes of the same rarity can be merged into one of the next rarity.
Choose a channel and press Play. You start in Haven, the capital city, with a class weapon and ten potions.
Visit the NPCs. Elder Rowan gives quests, Bram the Potion Seller sells potions, Edric the Banker stores items and Seraphine the Blacksmith upgrades gear.
Take a portal to Southlands (Lv 1–10) and start hunting.

Base HP 140 (+16/lv) · Attack 14 (+2/lv) · Defense 4 · Range 1 tile

Throw a hook toward the cursor (8 tiles). The first enemy hit takes 47% attack damage and is pulled to you. You can keep walking.
Concussive BlowLv 2 · 5s
Strike the nearest enemy in front of you for 84% attack damage and stun it for 1.5s.
Blade WhirlwindLv 4 · 6s
Spin for 3s, hitting every enemy around you 5 times for 84% attack damage each. You can move while spinning.
Shadow SlashesLv 6 · 7s
Launch 3 shadow slashes toward the cursor, 75% attack damage each. Each slash stops at the first enemy.
Battle MightLv 8 · 60s
For 20s: your attack +25%, and your party members ignore 15% of enemy armor.
Archer
Ranged damage dealer. Slows with frost arrows, shreds armor and covers the area around them with Twin Crossbows.
Base HP 105 (+12/lv) · Attack 12 (+2/lv) · Defense 2 · Range 6 tiles
Frost ArrowLv 1 · 5s
An ice arrow toward the cursor: 84% attack damage and 50% slow for 2.5s.
Twin CrossbowsLv 2 · 8s
Spin with two crossbows for 3s: 12 waves hit every enemy around you for 37% attack damage each.
Rapid FireLv 4 · 6s
Fire 8 arrows toward the cursor, 56% attack damage each.
Armor PiercerLv 6 · 10s
A heavy shot at your target: 187% attack damage, ignores 35% armor and knocks it back 2 tiles.
Hunter's FocusLv 8 · 60s
For 20s: your attack +25%, and your party members have a 15% chance to dodge hits.
Mage
Ranged spellcaster. Freezes with Ice Orb, burns groups with Flame Nova and Searing Wound, and protects the party with Spirit Ward.
Base HP 90 (+10/lv) · Attack 17 (+3/lv) · Defense 1 · Range 5 tiles
Ice OrbLv 1 · 5s
An ice orb toward the cursor: 54% attack damage and 50% slow for 2.5s.
Flame NovaLv 2 · 8s
A magic circle at the cursor explodes after 0.32s: 288% attack damage to every enemy inside.
Searing WoundLv 4 · 9s
A flame pillar under your target: 72% attack damage, then 4 burns of 18% over 4s.
Spirit LeapLv 6 · 10s
Teleport up to 4 tiles toward the cursor. Three spirits chase the 3 nearest enemies, 42% attack damage each.
Spirit WardLv 8 · 60s
For 20s: your attack +25%, and your party members take 20% less damage.
Dash is shared by every class: a short burst of movement with 2 charges, each recharging in 4 seconds. It also cancels your current action.
Heroes
Hero Rarity
Every hero has one of six rarities. Rarity multiplies the hero's base stats and affects how much the hero earns.

What rarity changes
Stats. HP and attack are multiplied by the value in the table.
Earnings. Epic, Legendary and Mythic heroes earn full Gold and gear drop rates. Common, Uncommon and Rare heroes earn reduced rewards.
Withdrawal limit. Your daily withdrawal limit is set by your best hero's level and rarity.
Merging. Three heroes of the same rarity merge into one hero of the next rarity (Common → Uncommon → Rare → …).

Hero Chests
Hero Chests are opened in the lobby. Each chest gives one hero with a random class. The odds below are the exact odds the server uses; there is no hidden "near miss" logic.

Channels
Every region exists in six normal channels plus one VIP channel. Each channel has its own monsters and players, so busy areas stay huntable. You can switch channels while standing in a safe zone.
Crowd respawn
When several players hunt in the same area, monsters there respawn faster: up to 2.5× faster with six or more hunters. Elites and world bosses keep their own timers.
World
Bestiary
Monsters are passive until you hit them. Elites are single, stronger monsters that lead each area. World Bosses spawn on fixed timers that keep running even when the server restarts.

Which rarity drops where
When a monster drops gear, its rarity depends on the monster's level:
Lv 1–5Common 85% · Uncommon 14% · Rare 1%
Lv 6–10Common 60% · Uncommon 33% · Rare 7%
Lv 11–15Uncommon 60% · Rare 35% · Epic 5%
Lv 16–20Uncommon 30% · Rare 55% · Epic 15%
Lv 21–25Rare 50% · Epic 47% · Legendary 3%
Lv 26+Rare 35% · Epic 58% · Legendary 7%
Mythic gear drops only in the Infernal Arena's Mythic areas (Demon Flats, Ash Fortress, Dragon Lair, Volcano Heart) and from the Death Rider.
Elites drop gear about ten times more often than normal monsters.
Personal loot. Every gear drop belongs to one player. Only that player can see and pick it up. Gold is shared equally within a party.
World boss rewards
Each world boss appears in only one channel at a time. When a boss respawns, the game picks one random normal channel for it (Channels 1–7; VIP channels are not used) and announces it in chat, for example “Frost Giant has appeared in Channel 3!”. After it is killed, the next channel is chosen at random again, so switch channels and look for the announcement. The respawn timer is shared by all channels.

+1 to +3 always succeed.
From +4, a failed attempt has a 50% chance to destroy the item. Otherwise the item keeps its level.
Every attempt costs Gold. The cost grows with the item's rarity and the target level.
Gameplay
Combat
Combat is fast and action-based. Basic attacks run continuously while you use skills, and only a few heavy skills root you in place.
Aim assist. Directional skills turn toward the nearest enemy within a small angle; targeted skills fall back to the nearest enemy in range.
Combos. Shadow Slashes deal 50% more to stunned targets, Searing Wound deals 30% more to slowed targets, and Armor Piercer stuns slowed targets.
Party buffs. Battle Might, Hunter's Focus and Spirit Ward also strengthen nearby party members.
Potions share a 6-second cooldown. Dash has 2 charges.
Player vs Player
PvP is enabled in the Infernal Arena outside the gate camp. When a player dies there, their bag and equipment stay on their corpse for five minutes. The killer and their party can take items one by one for a short time; after that anyone can. Guild members cannot damage each other.
Gameplay
Guilds & Social
Guilds hold up to 30 members with three ranks: leader, officer and member. The guild tag appears before every member's name.
Founding a guild costs Gold. Players who leave or are removed from a guild must wait 24 hours before joining or founding another.
Chat has General and Guild tabs. Type /g message for guild chat and /p message for party chat.
Parties hold up to 5 players and share Gold and bonus XP.
Quests. Elder Rowan in Haven gives a 29-quest story chain. Quests reward XP, potions and gear.
Market. Gear and heroes are traded on the player market. There are no direct player-to-player trades.
Leaderboards rank players by level, PvP kills and boss kills.
Membership
VIP Membership
VIP is for players who want progress without spending hours at the screen. Hoodora can be a relaxed idle game or a full MMORPG adventure; VIP lets you switch between the two.
Auto Grind
Press B. Your hero picks the right hunting ground for its level, travels there, fights with every skill, drinks potions and equips better gear.
Offline earnings
Close the game with Auto Grind on and your hero keeps hunting. When you return you see what it earned while you were away.
Banks and restocks
When the bag is full or potions run out, Auto Grind returns to Haven, banks the loot, buys potions and goes back to hunting.
VIP channel
A channel open only to VIP players, running around the clock. Auto Grind works only on this channel.
×2 item drops
Gear drops twice as often. Gold drops are unchanged.
+25% XP
From every source: monsters and quests.
Auto Grind does not work in the Infernal Arena. You can choose which gear rarities it picks up and how many potions it buys in the ⚙ settings.
Economy
Gold & Token
Gold is the in-game currency. It drops from monsters and is used for potions, upgrades and guilds.
Gold can be withdrawn as the Hoodora token on Robinhood Chain, and tokens can be deposited back as Gold. Conversion uses the live token price.
Connect a wallet in the Wallet window (O) by signing a message. No transaction is needed to connect.
Withdrawals need a level 10 hero, are reviewed before payout and carry a small fee.
Daily withdrawal limit depends on your best hero: higher level and higher rarity raise the limit. The Wallet window shows your current limit and which hero sets it.
After changing your wallet, withdrawals are locked for 48 hours to protect your account.
Daily earnings
Typical earnings per day from monster hunting with VIP Auto-grind running all day and average gear for the level, by hero rarity and level. Real results vary with gear, upgrades, class and hunting ground.
